Care visits may include:

• Application of an outdoor wildlife-deterrent treatment, when selected
• Removal of significantly softened or damaged pumpkins
• Eligible pumpkin and gourd replacements
• Light cleanup around the display
• Professional repositioning and restyling

Petite Display Care
• Up to 3 customer-requested care visits
• Replacement of up to 6 standard pumpkins throughout the season
• Replacement of up to 20 mini pumpkins and ornamental gourds throughout the season

Full Display Care
• Up to 5 customer-requested care visits
• Replacement of up to 10 medium or standard pumpkins throughout the season
• Replacement of up to 40 mini pumpkins and ornamental gourds throughout the season

REQUESTING A CARE VISIT
Care visits are customer-requested and are not automatically scheduled. After heavy rainfall, noticeable deterioration, or signs of wildlife activity, simply text Postworthy to request one of your included visits.
 
We will confirm your request and schedule service according to location and route availability. Each confirmed visit counts toward your seasonal visit allowance.
 
WILDLIFE-DETERRENT CARE
When selected, visits include application of a commercially labeled outdoor animal-repellent treatment intended to help discourage squirrels and other nuisance wildlife around the display.
Results will vary, and no treatment can guarantee prevention of wildlife activity or pumpkin damage. Weather and heavy rainfall may affect performance. All applications will follow the product’s directions.
 
REPLACEMENT DETAILS
Replacement quantities are total allowances for the entire season—not per visit.
Exact varieties, shapes, and colors are subject to availability and may differ from the original display. Specialty and oversized pumpkins are not included but may be available for an additional charge.
Coverage applies only to eligible pumpkins and gourds from the original Postworthy installation. Plants, flowers, hay bales, decorative accessories, theft, intentional damage, and damage caused by third parties are not included.
 
Unused visits and replacement allowances have no cash value and expire at the conclusion of the original display’s season.
