Select your preferred installation week at checkout. Postworthy will assign the exact installation date based on location and route scheduling and provide confirmation in advance. You do not need to be home, but the installation area must be clear and accessible.

A covered location with partial shade provides the best conditions for a longer-lasting display. Direct sunlight, prolonged moisture, unseasonably warm temperatures, and dark heat-retaining surfaces may shorten the natural life of pumpkins.

We will gladly recommend the best placement for your property. Because pumpkins are natural, perishable materials, appearance and longevity will vary with weather, wildlife, and location.

Optional pumpkin-protection treatments are available to help deter wildlife and support the longevity of your display. Customers may choose between our gentler deterrent treatment or enhanced protection treatment.

Treatments reduce risk but cannot guarantee against wildlife, insects, weather, or natural deterioration. Enhanced protection may require reapplication following heavy rainfall. Treatment and seasonal refresh packages will be available as add-ons.

Complimentary removal takes place on a designated Postworthy pickup date assigned to your service area. Pickup details will be provided in advance.

Pumpkins must be accessible and firm enough to handle safely. We cannot remove pumpkins that are soft, leaking, collapsed, or decomposing. Those items remain the customer’s responsibility. Private removal on a preferred date may be purchased separately, subject to availability.

Local delivery only. Complimentary delivery is included throughout much of the western suburbs. Extended suburban, North Shore, and select Chicago deliveries are available for an additional fee.

Full payment is required to reserve Founding Client pricing and secure your installation week. Because seasonal materials and installation capacity are committed upon purchase, all orders are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law or if Postworthy cannot fulfill the order.

After installation, Postworthy is not responsible for deterioration, damage, or loss caused by weather, temperature, wildlife, pests, property conditions, or third parties. These conditions do not qualify for refunds or replacements. Postworthy may adjust installation dates due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.
